CPS requires its suppliers to source conflict minerals from smelters or refiners (SORs) that are certified as compliant by the Responsible Minerals Initiative's (RMI) Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP), the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA), or the Responsible Jewelry Council (RJC).
